SHIPPING DELAY NOTIFICATION

Due to the Chinese New Year holidays, orders placed from January 10 to February 5 will be processed and shipped after February 8 in order placing sequence. We are sorry for the disruption in service and hope for your kind understanding. Wishing you a Happy New Year!

 

DELIVERY TIME

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders placed over holidays and weekends will be processed in the following business days. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: It usually takes 2-5 business days. Order verification, quality check, and packaging. Each item on our site has an estimated processing time based on the specific characteristics of the product.

Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to ship from our warehouse to the destination. It usually takes 15-20 business days. However, factors such as delayed logistics, weather, or customs clearance may have an impact on the delivery time.

 

SHIPPING METHODS & COURIER

We offer worldwide delivery and use multiple shipping services from a large network of carrier companies. Shipping times are given per item and are always best estimates.

Depending on where you are and the type of product you buy, we ship differently. It could be USPS, UPS, DHL, or YunExpress. Generally, all US orders take 15 to 20 business days to arrive. Please note that we do not guarantee exact shipping times.

 

TRACKING & LOOKUP

You will receive an email with your order information when you placed your order and another email with a tracking number when your order was shipped. Simply click on the tracking link in that email and you will be automatically redirected to the tracking information.

If you have not yet received a tracking number, that means we're working on processing your order. Your tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Also, please check your email spam folder. Sometimes our emails get sent to the spam folder accidentally. If it still is not there, please go to Help Center.

 

DELIVERY DELAYS

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of external factors (Covid-19, weather, etc..).

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If the package has arrived at a location different from your provided shipping address, we will credit a refund back to your account. Or, if you prefer, we will replace the item.

Be aware that we are not liable for any losses incurred if you have provided any incorrect details for your order. We also reserve the right not to issue a refund on orders never received due to the provided incorrect details.

 

LOST PACKAGES

If the post office provided a notice that the package was lost in the mail, we will be happy to replace and reship the order. However, we do not offer refunds or reships for orders marked as delivered.

If the tracking information states that your item(s) have been delivered, but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood if another home received it by mistake.

The delivery vehicle has GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally and will arrive the following day.

You can also contact the carriers (i.e., USPS/ UPS, DHL, etc.) for exact details on the delivery, including GPS location. Your package comes insured by the USPS, FedEx, or USPS, and they are liable for misdelivered or stolen property in most cases.

 

EMERGENCY SITUATION

Order delivery can be delayed due to acts of nature: We shall not be liable and will not issue any refund or credit if an order delivery is delayed due to causes beyond the shipping carrier's control, including, but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters or weather delays.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We offer International Shipping for almost all products. Shipping charges and delivery times will vary based on package weight and country of destination. Orders can take up to 25 business days to process and be shipped. 

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only; therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

- Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe (EU) takes 2 to 3 weeks.

- Rest of the World takes 2 to 5 weeks.

Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping outside of the US. International orders will ship via UPS, DHL, USPS, or YunExpress. Method of shipment and shipping fee will be dependent on your location.

We are not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply to Customs in any country. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide.

International customers and customers shipping products internationally should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

We will ship your order to the exact address that you provide. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an international order, and errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection. We will give you the best service and ship it very quickly at the rates that you have agreed to on our site. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays or loss of goods caused by the carrier, customs departments, or any other outside influence. If a package is returned to our warehouse, refunds may be issued for the products only, shipping charges will not be refunded.
