Washing Instruction:

• Machine wash on cold, tumble dry on low
• It should be washed alone or with items that like texture and like colors to avoid any scraped spots.

• Please allow 1-2 inches (2-4 cm) differences due to manual measurement.

All products are printed on your order, especially for you. So make sure you order the right product.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all our orders. The product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned along with the storage bag/box that it arrives in. If your return item arrives without the bag/box or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason, we reserve the right to deny your refund.

If you need to return your product, please email our team at cs@designbyartist.com with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your products. Our Customer Service Team will then ask a few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to avoid people taking advantage of our system.

You will be responsible for the 2-way shipping cost of the order.

We offer free shipping for all orders to the US via UPS, DHL, USPS, and YunExpress. Delivery times vary and are dependent on the product(s) purchased as well as the delivery address.

Orders generally take 15-20 business days to arrive (2 to 5 business days for us to process, plus 10 to 15 business days to ship). Some items will be shipped separately and may take a bit longer due to the printing process.
