Our bedding set is made from polyester microfiber which is super soft and breathable, allowing a comfortable night’s sleep through any season.

Care Instructions:

• When washing for the first time, please rinse with water.
• Choose the gentle machine wash mode. Avoid clothes that contain zippers, hooks, or buttons.
• Water temperature should not exceed 86°F/30°C.
• Do not bleach. Tumble dry low, remove promptly, do not iron. Do not put liquid laundry detergents on the bedding directly, and please allow it to dissolve in the water first.
• Allow measurement 1- 4 cm (0.39-1.57 inch) error is allowable.
• This bedding set does not include any comforter or filling.

How to choose the size:

• The duvet cover size should be the same as your quilt; for example, if your quilt is 228x228 cm, you should choose a 228x228 cm duvet cover, so you should choose a corresponding Queen size Or other corresponding dimensions.
• The size of different countries is different, so we indicate with cm or inches measurement.

How to use the duvet cover:

1. Lay the quilt flat.

2. Insert your hands inside and find the two top corners. Hold a corner with each hand.

3. Reach into the duvet cover with both hands and grab the top two corners of the duvet.

4. Hold the top two corners tightly, shaking and fluffing, until the duvet cover falls to cover most of the quilt.

5. Put the bottom two corners of the quilt into the bottom two corners of the duvet cover. Zip up!

All products are printed on your order, especially for you. So make sure you order the right product.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all our orders. The product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned along with the storage bag/box that it arrives in. If your return item arrives without the bag/box or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason, we reserve the right to deny your refund.

If you need to return your product, please email our team at cs@designbyartist.com with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your products. Our Customer Service Team will then ask a few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to avoid people taking advantage of our system.

You will be responsible for the 2-way shipping cost of the order.

We offer free shipping for all orders to the US via UPS, DHL, USPS, and YunExpress. Delivery times vary and are dependent on the product(s) purchased as well as the delivery address.

Orders generally take 15-20 business days to arrive (2 to 5 business days for us to process, plus 10 to 15 business days to ship). Some items will be shipped separately and may take a bit longer due to the printing process.
